Chotu is a little chai cup with big feelings. Pick the right word and he jumps for joy. Pick a nearly-right word and he gives you a thumbs up. Pick a wrong one… and he spills his chai.

Right = 10 points · Nearly right = 5 · 3 or more in a row = streak bonus. Get at least 1 star to unlock the next level.

What you learn

  1. Action verbs: he/she/it + s
  2. Yesterday verbs: past simple, including irregular verbs (went, bought, told)
  3. Describing words: adjectives, and not mixing them up with nouns
  4. -ed or -ing: bored vs boring, excited vs exciting
  5. Compare it: bigger, more beautiful, the best
  6. How you do it: adverbs like quickly, carefully, well

The “nearly right” answers are the mistakes learners really make, like goed or more big. Spotting them is how you stop making them. Any question you miss comes back once at the end of the level, because trying again later is how memory works (see our method).
